About me

I’m a Counselling Psychotherapist (Pre-accredited, mIACP), Nutritionist (mNTOI), and ICF Professional Coach based in County Louth. With years of training, personal growth, and professional experience, I’ve created a space where individuals can explore their well-being and uncover their potential for healing and growth.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe in a holistic, compassionate, and dynamic approach to therapy. In my work, I combine psychotherapy, nutrition, and coaching to support clients in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, emotional eating, burnout, and life transitions. My aim is to help you reconnect with your mind and body, restoring balance and resilience in a way that honors your unique journey.

Healing is not just about addressing pain—it’s about discovering your authentic self and creating a life that aligns with your values. I consider therapy a transformative journey inward, where you can uncover new layers of growth. In our work together, I’ll support you as you explore your past, manage your present, and build a hopeful future.

Tailored Support for Your Unique Path

Every person’s path is different, and that’s why I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. My approach draws from a range of techniques, from breathwork to intuitive eating, helping you reconnect with yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or looking to deepen your self-awareness, I’m here to guide you with compassion and expertise.

Philosophy

I believe that therapy is not just about healing pain, but about discovering and embracing your authentic self. It’s a journey of self-awareness, growth, and transformation, where you can reconnect with your core values and create a life that truly reflects who you are. Each individual’s path is unique, and I am here to support you in navigating your own, helping you understand and integrate your experiences, manage challenges, and envision a brighter, more empowered future. I view therapy as a space for self-exploration, where every step, no matter how small, leads to deeper understanding, balance, and a more fulfilled life.

What to Expect

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward your goals. We’ll explore what’s holding you back and develop a path forward that aligns with your values and aspirations.

I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey of healing and self-discovery. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

Why I Don’t Share Testimonials

Confidentiality and trust are the cornerstones of therapy. The growth and insights that emerge in our sessions are personal and belong to the safe, private space we create together. That’s why I choose not to ask clients for testimonials. Instead, I let my qualifications, experience, and commitment to your well-being speak for themselves. My priority is always creating an environment where you feel supported and free to explore your journey without any external pressures.
